What exactly is a preserved bonsai?
From a fleeting blossom to a handmade piece you can approve

Sakura blossoms make a brief appearance in nature. At Valinejad Gallery, their colour and character inspire botanical artworks for interiors. If you are considering a commission, the useful questions are what the piece is made of, how the design is repeated and what you will see before delivery.
From a landscape to a handmade composition
Preserved natural foliage and blossoms are arranged on a handcrafted structure. The sweep of the trunk, the space between branches and the placement of moss or miniature architecture establish the scale of the scene. In the Globe bonsai, the sphere and its rocky base are part of that composition.

What does the piece need indoors?
The work is intended for indoor display and needs no watering, soil or growing light. It does not grow or bloom again. Choose a place away from direct sun, heater airflow and air conditioning to keep the materials looking their best.

How closely will a commission match the reference?
The gallery shares photographs of actual pieces on its website and social pages. We follow the selected design, shape, colour and composition when making a new piece. The gallery estimates an overall resemblance of around 95 percent. Leaf density, individual branch forms and other natural details can vary slightly.

How can I approve the finished piece?
We send a photograph for final approval before delivery. You can also arrange to approve or collect the work in person. Tell the gallery beforehand if a colour, viewing angle or particular detail matters to you, so everyone is clear about the expected result.

Choose with the details in view
Questions are welcome. A commission starts with a shared understanding of the reference, the character of handmade work and how the finished piece will be approved.
